SportyBet Terms and Conditions — Pakistan Platform Rules & Policies

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. Understanding these definitions will help you read and interpret the rest of this document accurately.

To use SportyBet's services, you must register a personal account. Registration is free and open to all eligible residents of Pakistan aged 18 or over. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and your own.

• You may hold only one SportyBet account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — under your own identity or another person's — is strictly prohibited.
• Your account must be registered with your own Pakistani mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. SportyBet will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to keep your password secure.
• You must not allow any other person to use your SportyBet account, place bets on your behalf, or access your wallet. Accounts showing activity consistent with shared or transferred use may be suspended pending investigation.
• If you discover that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify SportyBet support immediately via live chat or email at support@sportybet.world.
• SportyBet reserves the right to decline a registration application or close an existing account at its discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

SportyBet is a platform for adults only. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and apply verification procedures proportionate to the risk presented by individual account activity.

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use SportyBet. By creating an account, you confirm you are 18 or over and legally permitted to participate in online betting under any laws applicable to you.
• SportyBet may request identity verification documents at any time — including but not limited to: a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of Pakistani mobile number ownership, or proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• While KYC verification is pending, SportyBet may restrict deposit, betting, or withdrawal activity on your account. This is a standard precautionary measure and does not indicate any wrongdoing on your part.
• Documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with SportyBet's Privacy Policy and are not shared with third-party marketers.
• SportyBet reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts where large or unusual transaction patterns are identified.

All financial transactions on SportyBet are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SportyBet supports the following deposit methods for Pakistani players:

• You may only deposit from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — deposits from an account belonging to someone other than the registered SportyBet account holder — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• SportyBet does not charge a deposit fee. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside SportyBet's control.
• Deposits are credited to your SportyBet wallet immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• SportyBet reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion, including deposits that trigger internal fraud or AML checks.

SportyBet processes withdrawals to Pakistani payment methods quickly and without platform-side fees. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum withdrawal cap for fully verified accounts in good standing.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method confirmed via the KYC process as belonging to the account holder.
• Only Real Funds (and bonus funds that have completed wagering requirements) are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawal requests are typically processed in under 15 minutes. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 4 hours depending on banking schedules. SportyBet is not responsible for delays caused by payment providers after funds have left the platform.
• SportyBet may delay a withdrawal to complete KYC verification or investigate unusual account activity. We will inform you if your withdrawal is subject to a review, and we aim to resolve such reviews within 48 hours.

The following rules apply to all bets placed on SportyBet, including pre-match, in-play (live), and accumulator bets across all sports markets.

• Minimum single bet: Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, market, and event — the maximum permissible stake for a given selection is shown in your bet slip before confirmation.
• Bets are final once confirmed via the bet slip. SportyBet will not accept requests to cancel a placed bet after confirmation except in the specific circumstances described in clauses 6.4 and 6.5.
• In-play odds fluctuate rapidly. Odds displayed during in-play betting are indicative and may change between the time you initiate a bet and the time it is confirmed. Where odds change during bet placement, SportyBet will notify you of the new price — you may then choose to accept the new price or cancel the bet slip.
• If a match or event is abandoned before the minimum playing time required for settlement purposes (see individual sport rules in the SportyBet help centre), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — where odds are published at an incorrect level due to a technical fault — SportyBet reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. We will always notify affected players before any void action is taken.
• Accumulator bets require all individual selections to be correct for the bet to win. If one selection is voided (e.g. abandoned match), that leg is removed and the accumulator recalculates at the remaining selections' combined odds.
• Bets placed after the result of an event is already determined — due to platform errors or late market closing — will be voided regardless of the displayed outcome.

SportyBet runs a range of promotions including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and PSL seasonal offers. The following general terms apply to all SportyBet promotions:

• Each promotion may only be claimed once per eligible player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a promotion multiple times through different accounts is bonus abuse and will result in account suspension.
• Bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements for each offer are stated on the relevant promotion page at /promotions.
• Welcome bonus: 150% match on first deposit, up to Rs 25,000. Minimum qualifying deposit Rs 500. Wagering requirement: 20x the bonus amount on sports markets at minimum odds of 1.50. Must be completed within 30 days of bonus credit.
• Weekly cricket cashback: 10% of net cricket betting losses credited every Friday. Maximum cashback Rs 5,000 per week. Cashback funds carry a 5x wagering requirement before withdrawal.
• Bets placed using only bonus funds do not qualify toward the wagering requirement unless the bet includes real-fund stake. Real funds are always staked before bonus funds from the wallet.
• SportyBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be published on the promotions page and, where material, communicated to eligible players by SMS or email.

SportyBet offers casino games including jackpot slots, live dealer tables, and crash games including Aviator. The following terms apply specifically to casino and game product usage:

• All casino and slot games on SportyBet use certified random number generators (RNG) independently tested and audited. Game outcomes are not influenced by the platform, previous bet history, or any external factor.
• Jackpot slot games displaying live progressive jackpot values show the real-time PKR pool. Jackpot awards are credited to the winning account within 24 hours of the triggering spin being verified.
• Crash game outcomes (including Aviator) are determined by provably fair algorithms. Each round's multiplier is generated before the round begins and cannot be influenced by players or the platform after round commencement.
• Minimum spin/bet on casino games starts from Rs 10. Maximum stakes vary by game and are shown in the game interface before each round.
• Free spin offers awarded as part of promotions are subject to the general bonus terms in Section 7, including any applicable wagering requirement on winnings derived from free spins.
• SportyBet is not responsible for interruptions to casino game sessions caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side. Where a session is interrupted due to a platform-side technical fault, stakes are protected and winnings — if applicable — are credited upon game state recovery.

SportyBet may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account in the following circumstances. In all cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for action and any applicable appeal process.

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, contact SportyBet support at support@sportybet.world with your account details and a brief description of your concern. We aim to respond to account-related queries within 24 hours.

SportyBet collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to data processing as described in that policy. Key points:

• SportyBet does not sell, rent, or share your personal data (including your CNIC details, mobile number, or betting history) with third-party marketers under any circumstances.
• Data shared with payment providers (JazzCash, Easypaisa, etc.) is limited to what is strictly necessary to process your transaction and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.
• You have the right to request a copy of the personal data SportyBet holds about you at any time by emailing support@sportybet.world. We will respond within 30 days of receiving a verified data access request.
• SportyBet may retain transaction and betting records for up to 7 years in compliance with applicable financial record-keeping requirements.

SportyBet takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be used as a means of generating income, resolving financial problems, or coping with personal difficulties. The following tools are available to all registered SportyBet players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR limits on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum net loss you can sustain over a defined period. Once your loss limit is reached, betting is disabled until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you after a defined period of continuous platform use.
• Cool-Down Periods: Request a temporary account pause of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, you cannot log in or place bets, but your account and balance remain intact.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the SportyBet platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the requested exclusion period. Contact support@sportybet.world to initiate self-exclusion.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from your use of the SportyBet platform, are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing the jurisdiction in which SportyBet is licensed to operate. By using the platform, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through SportyBet's internal dispute resolution process.

• If you have a complaint about a bet settlement, payment issue, or account action, the first step is to contact SportyBet support via live chat or email at support@sportybet.world. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days.
• If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint after going through the internal process, you may escalate to SportyBet's licensed dispute resolution body. Details of the escalation process will be provided with the final internal response to your complaint.
• SportyBet reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting your rights, obligations, or the platform's core services — we will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the website and/or SMS notification to your registered number.
• Continued use of the SportyBet platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the rest of the Terms, which remain in full force and effect.
